Garrett Ames-Ledbetter graduated with a BA in Fine Arts form Gordon College on the North Shore of Massachusetts. He recently completed a commission in collaboration with Anna Taylor of a series of large scale paintings dealing with the broad themes of science that was permanently installed in the Ken Olsen Science Center at Gordon College. Ames-Ledbetter taught drawing for two semesters at an artist residency program in Orvieto, Italy that culminated with a permanent installation in the Chapel of Palazzo Simoncelli. Ames-Ledbetter exhibits his work in galleries in Baltimore, has several paintings in private collections, and has worked on many public art projects throughout the city.
